CFMoto Debuts New 450cc Streetfighter in Europe
CFMoto has introduced its new sport-naked 450cc streetfighter in Europe, completing the Chinese manufacturer's next-generation lineup for the region.
The CFMoto 450 NK was recently unveiled globally and was first launched in the Philippines due to the significance of the region's "400cc" law. Now, CFMoto has unveiled the 450 NK in Europe, following the concept's debut at EICMA 2022.
The 450 NK features aggressive and modern styling inspired by the 800 NK. It shares design elements with other CFMoto models, including a similar headlight and tail section. The motorcycle is powered by a 449cc engine, making it suitable for beginner riders and compliant with Europe's A2 licenses. It produces around 47 horsepower and is equipped with a 270-degree offset crankshaft.
In terms of features, the 450 NK comes with a five-inch TFT display, traction control, anti-lock brakes, a six-speed transmission with a slipper clutch, a 14-liter tank, and a zero to 60 time of approximately 4.9 seconds. The top speed is reported to be 178 kilometers per hour (110 miles per hour).
The motorcycle is equipped with KYB upside-down forks with a diameter of 37 millimeters and J. Juan brakes with a 320-millimeter disc in the front and a 220-millimeter disc at the rear. The anti-lock braking system is of the dual-channel variety. The tires are CST AS5, with sizes 110/70 R17 in the front and 150/60 R17 in the rear.
The weight of the motorcycle is reported to be 165 kilograms (364 pounds), with a ground clearance of 192 millimeters (7.55 inches) and a seat height of 795 millimeters (31.29 inches).
The European price of the CFMoto 450 NK varies by region, ranging from approximately $6,150 USD to $6,800 USD.
